About Bella Bowe's Rottweilers

My wife and I met, fell in love, and got married two months later. She had four daughters who didn’t know me, and all I knew about them was that they loved animals like me. I started thinking about how I grew up with a Rottweiler and I couldn’t think of a better way for these girls to grow up than with the love and companionship of a Rottweiler. We found a female puppy in Columbia, Missouri, and they named her Bella. I will never forget how excited they were to pick her out of all the puppies in the pen. She grew up to be their best friend and protector. She has since passed away, but she will never be forgotten. We honor her memory in the name of our business. Like most reputable breeders, we adhere to the code of ethics and health testing before adding a female into our breeding program. Our studs are health-tested and papered champions, and we now have our first world champion. What makes us different is how we choose to run our breeding program. We call it "from kennels to couches". The studs live here with us at our home. They cannot come into the house at the same time because they don’t get along with each other, so we built brand new, heated/air-conditioned facilities for them. My wife insisted that they not get hot or cold if they have to go outside. The females were given as puppies to friends and family members to be raised in the house as a members of their family. My wife and I agree that it would be unfair to take the best and most beautiful females from our and other breeding programs only to make them produce puppies and never have the love of a family of their own. We carefully chose people who are animal lovers to home our females. The Zimmermans, my sister Tari, The South family, and my sister-in-law Tracy.
